Joshua did it again!

He sold us our first condo in 2018. When we began talking about a bigger home for our growing family, we knew who we had to turn to help get us into the perfect home; and he did just that! We searched for a house, and he helped us make sure it checked all the boxes for all the things we had to have. He was great at sending us weekly, and sometimes biweekly updates on new houses available in the exact area we wanted to be. He drove an hour + to show us multiple homes whenever we saw one we liked. He dropped everything to make time for us, to help insure that we got first pick in this crazy market.

Once we found the home of our dreams, he worked his magic behind the scenes to get everything lined up so the transaction was easy. Joshua is the most hands on, efficient, willing to go the extra mile for his clients and professional.
