Josh was amazing. Literally the most patient realtor i have ever dealt with. Not to mention he was able to find us a home and get our offer accepted in the middle of a pandemic. He had great recommendations and was extremely helpful in so many steps of the process! Relationships over transactions!

Josh was amazing from start to the end. I gave Josh opportunity to find me a house 4 years ago and he found me the perfect house. Unfortunately I had to sell my house this year and I gave Josh the opportunity again and knocked it out of the park. He got me $40,000 over asking. Then he found me my next house within weeks. Josh isn't just a realtor to me, he is family. When we thought somethings were impossible we went to the trenches together and came out ahead. The escrow company didn't want see us anymore. He is a realtor that will make happen for you.

Josh is an outstanding agent going over and above in helping us to find our home and get us through the process of making our home purchase. Josh kept us updated on where we were in the process with open communication. Lots of communication. He even provided us with the phone numbers to get our utilities set up and connected and he came and rescued my husband when he got locked out of the house. I think that's really going above and beyond.
